What a great party we had Friday evening. Lots of good food, drinks and company. It was really nice visiting with everyone. This building has only been open for 6 months and is almost at capacity with nice people who have created a very pleasant and supportive community. A big thank you to everyone who pitched in to make this project such a success. We look forward to the next one.

The building's shared common room is coming along nicely. Fresh paint, new lights and it's starting to fill up. Tenants have donated furniture and we've purchased a few items as well. This will be nice space for people to host guests and visit through the winter. Thanks to all who have contributed to making this a nice space for all!

Recently we had a quadcopter take an amazing photo of the Meadowcreek Apartment building and the entire property. The photo was taken by our superintendent Perry's son Jordan's friend. Looks like we’ve had a wet spring and summer so far as you can tell by the lake on the rooftop!

The best part about starting fresh in a brand new apartment is being able to decorate it. You can get really creative and let your personality shine through. We love seeing how our tenants are decorating their brand new spaces and it’s amazing to see the finished results.
 
One of our amazing tenants shared some of their photos with us of their decorated apartment. We are blown away with how great it looks! In just a short time the apartment has such a cozy and welcoming feel. It’s amazing to see everyone’s unique style shine through in their apartments.

A couple of weeks into it now. We've got a nice team helping us out and we're getting to know lots of local experts in various trades. Everyone is very helpful and supporting and it's greatly appreciated!

The adventure begins. We just took possession of the building. Now the real work begins. Time to give the building a fresh coat of paint a few other nice updates.
